Theresa A. Stack, lovingly known as Teri, of Schaumburg, IL, departed her earthly home  on May 12th, 2024, at the age of 83. Theresa was born in Chicago, Illinois, on December 16th, 1940.

Theresa was a beloved sister, cousin, aunt, great-aunt, great-grand-aunt, and friend. She  brought warmth, compassion, and energy to all facets of her life, especially to her friends and family. Her commitment to keeping in touch with loved ones left a lasting  impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Throughout her life, Teri exhibited determination and resilience that would characterize her life's endeavors. Her fight for justice was a hallmark of her life.

Theresa will be deeply missed by her family and friends, and by a wide circle of people  whose lives she touched in countless ways. Though she may no longer be with us in  person, Theresa's spirit will live on in the many lives she touched and the memories she  created.

Theresa is preceded in death by her sisters Darlene Stack, Shirley Jones, and Dolores Hendrickson.

A visitation will be held at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 W. Talcott Rd., Park Ridge, IL 60068 May 22nd, 2024, from 9 am to 11 am, with a memorial service at 11 am. Following the service, Theresa will be laid to rest at St. Adalbert Cemetery 6800 Milwaukee Ave., Niles, IL 60714.
