Thelma Buhr's Obituary
Thelma Buhr, 101, lifelong resident of Logan Square; at rest April 16, 2013 at St. Paul's House and Rehabilitation Center, Chicago where she was residing for the past 10 years.
Thelma is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Campbell; grandson, Thomas (Michelle Munoz); great-grandchildren, Thomas and Joseph Campbell. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; and son-in-law, Tommy Campbell; a brother, David Provan and a sister, Erma Provan.
Visitation is Thursday 6 to 9 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Road (at Cumberland), Park Ridge. A service will be held at 8 p.m.
Family and friends will gather at the funeral home Monday April 22, 2013 at 10 a.m. and process to Oakridge Cemetery in Hillside for burial.
