It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Gruszka, cherished wife of Walter, beloved mother of Judy (Brian) Moore, Joseph, Thomas (Kim) and Ron. Beloved grandma of Sister Mary Christine, Dan (Mai) Moore, Mary (Elfego) Roman, Catherine (Michael) Zonzo, Patrick Moore, Rachel, Luke and Nicole Gruszka. Great grandma of Madeleine, Luana and Max. Sister of Lorraine (John) Greenwood and the late Frank and Herb Collins. Loving aunt and a dear friend to many.

Active member of her faith community, avid gardener at her family farm and a volunteer for 22 years at the Women's Center. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in her name to the Women's Center. https://www.gotwc.org

Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 W. Talcott Ave., Park Ridge, IL. Funeral Prayers will be on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 9:30 at the funeral home, with procession to St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church for 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment to follow at Maryhill Cemetery.
