Monika Podbevsek Lach passed away on August 8, 2018, after battling cancer for several years.  She leaves behind her loving husband Douglas, her two children Alyssa and Steven, her mother Stephanie, and many family members who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father Albin. Visitation will be at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Rd., Park Ridge on Sunday, August 12th from 3pm to 8 pm. Funeral services will take place on Monday, August 13th at 8:30 am at Nelson Funeral Home followed by mass at Mary Seat of Wisdom Church at 10 am. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
