Maciej Gesiorek, known by many as DJ Hortex, passed away on December 24, 2014. Visitation is Friday, January 9, 2015 at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Road (at Cumberland), Park Ridge. Funeral Saturday 9 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Hyacinth Basilica, 3636 W. Wolfram, Chicago. Arrangements handled by Leonard Zielinski, Funeral Director.

In lieu of flowers, please bring a toy instead. They will be shipped to the orphanage in Poland, in which Maciej grew up.
