John George Reinke Jr. 87, of Sarasota, formerly of Park Ridge, Ill. died March 08, 2012.
Visitation will be will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at Nelson Funeral Home, Park Ridge. Service will follow at 12 noonwith Pastor Rich Darr, First United Methodist Church of Park Ridge officiating. Burial will be in Town of Maine Cemetery, Park Ridge.
Survivors include his sons, Jeffery of Grand Rapids, Mich., Richard of Tampa; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy Kollman Reinke.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society , Florida Division, 3709 W. Jetton Av., Tampa, FL 33629.
