Janet Laskowski of Chicago, passed away December 4, 2012. Surviving are her sons, John (Cheryl) Hoffman and David (Jean) Hoffman; grandchildren, Kurt, Pierce, Craig and Rebecca Hoffman and Vikkie (Derek) Goodman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Laskowski and 5 siblings.

Visitation Wednesday 5 to 9 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, Park Ridge.

Funeral Thursday 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to Mary, Seat of Wisdom Church. Mass 10 a.m.

Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
