Jack Burns Cole, 83 of Park Ridge; passed away Oct. 27, 2011. Beloved husband of Joan for 61 years; dear father of Terry Cole (David Millis), Lorie (Chip) Weber and Kristy Cole; loving grandfather of Daniel (Marissa) Millis, Ryan Millis, Travis Weber, Molly Weber, Heather Cornell, Spencer Cornell; fond brother of Sandy (Gene) DeCet; 60 year member and Past master of Constellation Lodge # 974 A.F & A.M., Medinah Temple and Scottish Rite; Des Plaines Elks Lodge, past deacon of the Park Ridge Presbyterian Church.
Visitation Sunday 3 to 9 p.m. at Park Ridge Presbyterian Church, 1300 W. Crescent Ave., Park Ridge.
Memorial Service 11 a.m. Monday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Park Ridge Presbyterian Church preferred.
