J. Richard Dema, 87, passed away on July 18, 2022 at home. Beloved husband of Sally A. for over fifty years. Cherished father of the late Carey Beth, and Brian Richard (Olga Namsaraeva). He created and ran many businesses including a production company, television show, folk music night club and marketing consulting practice. He was an avid runner and woodworker, a tenacious mentor to many and a devoted husband and father. Visitation will be held on July 21, 2022 from 4-9pm at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Rd, Park Ridge IL. Funeral service will be held at 11am the following day at Nelson Funeral Home.
