George S. Zarkos, "Big Z", age 82, of Stimanga, Korinthias, Greece passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019. Beloved husband of Dena, nee Romas, and loving father of Nancy (Taso) Stamatelos, Eleni (George) Moutidis and Spiro G. (Lili) Zarkos. Proud Grandfather of Zoe, Dena, Patricia, Anastasia, Dena, Alexia and Georgie; dear brother of Vaso (Andonis) Strigas and the late Elias (Ageliki) Zarkos; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews and their families. Central Avenue, Chicago, IL 60644, for Visitation Thursday, June 20, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral service begins at 10:30 a.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, Illinois.
