Fred Di Leo, 80 of Park Ridge, passed away September 20, 2011. He is the husband of the late Marcella; father of Mary (Phillip) Poole and John (Brooke) Di Leo; He leaves behind grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday Sept. 25 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Road (at Cumberland), Park Ridge. Family and friends will gather Monday morning at Our Lady of Hope Church, 9711 W. Devon, Rosemont, IL 60018 for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Northbrook.
