Edward J. Schwartz “Skip”, 80, loving Husband of Debra; devoted Father of Melissa (Chris) Rufo and Kimberly (Russ) McGillivray; cherished Pata of Dylan, Gianni, Danielle, Dina, and Michael; beloved brother of Marcia (Robert) Kennedy; and treasured uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 9:00 am – 10:00 am at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 W. Talcott Ave., Park Ridge, IL 60068. Funeral prayers the same day at 10:00 am with procession to Mary Seat of Wisdom for 10:30 am Mass of Christian Burial. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
