Edward F. Smith, age 94, passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 8, 2025. Loving husband of Mary Alice. Preceded in death by his siblings, Mary Ann Reding, William Smith, Patricia Woods, James Smith and Elizabeth Sullivan. Cherished father of Maureen (Rod) Allen, Kathy (Keith) Brenner, Edward (Barb) Smith and the late Carol Smith. Beloved "Papa" of Christopher (Michelle), Aaron, Derek (Amanda), David (Madison) Brenner, Jonathan Allen, Jenny (Bobby) Post, Davis (Hannah) Allen, Tim (Becke) Smith and Andrea Smith. Dear "great Papa" of Danny, Patrick, Heidi, Raelynn, Camden, Keith and 2 more on the way. He was a dear uncle and a friend to many. Ed was always generous, thoughtful, considerate and present for everyone and had a great sense of humor.
