Dorothy H. Nagel, nee Schenk, passed away on Sunday January 2, at age 94.  She was the loving wife of Robert Nagel for 52 years who preceded her in death in 2002.  Born in Chicago she graduated from Austin High School in 1945.  She was both a Homemaker and Supervisor at AC Nielsen Company.  Dorothy was a devoted mother, active in her church and senior center and loved her grandchildren.  She is survived by 2 children, Susan Nagel-Kopij (Edward) and Bruce Nagel (Nancy).  5 grandchildren, Kristin, Carolyn, Brian, Eric and David, and 5 great grandchildren, James, Tessa, Zachary, Vincent and Rebekah.  Memorial Visitation Thursday January 13, from 2-7 PM at Nelson Funeral Home 820 W. Talcott rd., ParkRidge.  Interment Private.  In lieu of flowers donations to Messiah Lutheran Church in Park Ridge.
