Doris M. Giles, 96, passed away peacefully in her sleep Nov. 10, 2012. Prior long term resident of Norridge and Elmhurst. Surviving are nieces, Sandra (Larry) Tank, Susan Willett, LuAnn (Charles) DeHaas, Jeanne (Richard) King, Judith (Michael) Wynn; nephew, James Giles; sister-in-law Catherine Giles; cousins Anne Kanaby and Judith Kanaby, plus many great and great-great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, James Howard and Stella Lucille Giles; brother Donald Giles and sister, Winona (Allen) Grover.

Visitation Thursday 4 to 9 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Road, Park Ridge. Funeral Service Friday 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Irving Park Cemetery.
