Donald Joseph Vath, born July 28, 1932, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025, at the age of 93, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Doris; devoted father of David, Dennis (Lisa), and Donald Vath; and the cherished grandfather of Eric and Andrew Vath. Donald was also the dear brother of the late Louise (the late Bill) Bosley, the late Norma (the late Tom) Brubaker, the late Frank Vath, the late Anthony Vath, and the late Rosemarie Vath, and a treasured uncle to many.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott, Park Ridge, from 9:00 a.m. until Funeral Prayers at 11:15 a.m., followed by a Mass at 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church. Interment will take place at All Saints Cemetery.
