We are heartbroken to announce the death of Daniel Francis Balogh of Rosemont, IL. He passed away at the age of 69 surrounded by loved ones. He was a loving father to Melissa (Jonathan Habel), Megan (Anthony DeFily), Daniel James, Matthew (Monica). He was a loving fiancé to Erin Flannery, and survived by his ex-wife, Irene (Nancy Simonsen). He was loving grandfather to Danny, Brodie, Owen Macomber and Sophia, Layla Balogh. He is preceded by his parents, John and Kathleen (nee Martin). He was a beloved brother to John (Linda), Joseph (deceased), Thomas (survived by Marianne), Kathy, Eileen (Frank Mastro), Edward (Mary) Robert (Lori), James (Kristen), Kevin (Joe). He was a loving uncle too many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
