Services for Mr. Dalby Welsh will be Friday, August 26, 2011 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 5149 N. Ashland, Chicago. Services will be conducted Saturday, Aug. 27, with viewing at 9 a.m. and Funeral 10 a.m. at Mt. Zion Apostolic Church, 2101 Dempster, Evanston, Illinois 60201. Interment will be at Wunders Cemetery, Chicago.
