Charles 'Chuck' R. Coster, died suddenly on August 23, 2018.  Hair stylist for 46 years.  Owner of the Charles Richards Salon in the Wellington Arms and a lease holder of the Beauty Salon in the Hallmark for many years.  Survived by his beloved partner of 29 years Rick Ruzicka; His incredible adopted parrots Lola and Cookie; Loving brother of Carol (Bob) Lee, Jim (Lynn), Dan (Linda), Mark and Sharon (Charles) Crew; Dearest uncle of 10 nieces and nephews and dear great-uncle of 22.  Memorial Visitation Saturday, September 8, from 10:30 a.m. to the time of Service 12:30 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home 820 W.
