It is with sadness and joy that we announce the passing of Ann Slade nee Pasko, beloved wife of the late DeLoy Slade, loving mother to three children, Sheila, Dennis, Kenneth. Grandmother, sister, friend and neighbor who left this world peacefully on August 8, 2025 surrounded by family at her side. She was a young 101 years old, who welcomed everyone into her home with a helping hand and listening ear.

A private service will be held for family on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 11 AM at Saint Adalbert Cemetery, Niles, IL.
