Angela Manolitsis fell asleep in the Lord on October 24, 2024. Beloved daughter of the late Vasiliki and Gerasimos Manolitsis; devoted sister of Demetrios (Parthena Lazaridis); loving niece of Tasoula Zevitsanos and the late Nick and Pete Thiakos; adored aunt of Michael, Gary, Eleana, Mikey, Eleni, Arianna and Sophia.

Angela loved children, especially her nieces and nephews, and she loved animals. She especially loved the holidays and would decorate and plan festive events. Angela was a fervent mental health advocate throughout her life and her warm smile and kindness could light up a room. Angela will be forever missed by all who knew her.

Visitation Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 4 pm - 8pm at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 W. Talcott Road, Park Ridge.  Funeral Service Monday, November 4th, 10 am at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 N Caldwell Ave, Niles, IL.  Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, 2905 N. Thatcher Ave., River Grove.
