With regret in our hearts, we announce that Agata H. Slominski, 57, loving mother of Julia, entered eternal rest on March, 27th , 2023.

She was also the beloved daughter of Helena Strojna and cherished sister of Malgorzata (Boguslaw Derlaga), Krzysztof (Malgorzata) Strojny, Lucyna (Timothy Aklar), and Dagmara (Kazimierz Komosa). She was also the treasured aunt of Dagmara (Adam), Boguslaw "Kuba", Bartosz, Alexandra, Nicole, Adrian, Adam, Karina, Dominika, and Anthony.

Agata was well known for her free spirit and strong character. Her passing has left an emptiness in the hearts of the many people she knew.

Visitation will be held at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 W. Talcott Rd., Park Ridge, on Thursday, March 30th, between the hours of 9:30AM to 11:45AM. Mass will be held at St. Constance Church, 5843 W Strong St., Chicago, IL 60630, at 12:30PM, following the visitation. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
